Telkom not able to deliver or provide a service rendered.

My brother has been experiencing trouble with his wifi router which he depends on to work. He does not manage to connect to the internet and when contacting Telkom customer service he is advised that he is welcome to cancel the contract and pay up the balance.

Telkom is considered a service provider who provide a service they get paid for monthly.

If your service costs a customer the ability to perform their duties and work and earn a salary how do u expect to be paid monthly for a service he is unable to use.

If you cOuld give some clarification aside from the telephonic assistance which I have performed a million times. Like switching the u it off. Rebooting leaving it off etc.
