Telkom Northgate mall

I have given a review in the past. I have been contacted by the manager of Telkom Northgate mall. But once again no luck they are refusing to keep to the contract I have signed regarding the pro5 watch. When I have asked " was it advised"they responded yes. When I asked" did I open a contract based on the adverti*****t" he has responded yes. It is now well over two months. I was called today by the manger saying they have the Samsung classic not the pro5 and thats what I would be getting. Once again I am only asking for what am paying for not any favour. The service I have received is not good at all. I don't like the fact I'm being told "well that not our problem", but here a substandard watch if you not happy. I have been delt with a bait and switch to get me to open a contract.
