Telkom nor fair

I took out a Telkom contract 6 years ago. Worst discission of my life. Fisrstly they did not inform me that i do not have coverage in my area, needless to say i sat with hours of data that i vould not use, after how many calls to them, being showed from one person to another, still no joy, after the first two years, i can upgrade, whoopee, why on earth did i even consider it, anyway needless to say two more years of torture of getting out of a contract, now i have spoken to Nokuthula 0n 24 July 2020 and she confirmed that i am on a prepaid ( month to month) but they keep on taking R115 as they want and the premium was R99. I would not recommend Telkom to even my worst enemy because the are a one sided *********** Company that has no clue what is going on around them. There is no contact number to contact them on that works
