TELKOM---NOOOOOO!----HELKOM! NO SERVICE!!!

I STILL have no internet/wifi, I am tired of dealing with call center staff who have no people s****s or interest in solving the query. Telkom has cost me so much money out of my own pocket the past while, I am at the end of my tether with you. I WANT MY LINE FIXED TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND WANT TO BE REIMBURSED FOR ALL THESE DAYS THAT I AM WITHOUT SERVICE! Maybe its time to go on every social media platform, even Carte blanche and let them see how customers are being dealt with and how long customers go without service without being reimbursed. You are quick to debit my account, and I stick to my end of the bargain by making sure that there are funds, but when it comes delivering service I get half or NO SERVICE at all! Do you realize that we are people with lives and responsibilities and that this lack of service can sometimes have a severe impact on us as clients, but to TELKOM it seems we are just numbers. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!
