Telkom - Nonsensical Cancellation of contract process.

Telkom has the worst customer service ever. I cancelled my contract with them end of April -Case number ********** 8 (and firstly i dont know who gave them permission automatically assume that after our 24 months agreement, i would still want the service). Every single time i am being told that it has been cancelled, however they continue including it on my invoice.

The so called new online solution is also a bunch of lies. I am on the verge on cancelling all services i have with them - how an entity as big as Telkom cannot get this process right shows the worst level of incompetence and unappreciation of their clients.
