Telkom nonsense

I regret to apply for a device contract with Telkom and I can't wait to pay it up and finish it this year in June, I would never recommend Telkom to anyone not even my worst enemy. I paid them the amount of R1410 last year November on the 16th till to date the payment cannot be found or traced, I kept calling and the service agents told me that there is a payment allocation case on the system that is currently opened and has been pending since last year and there is no one attending it and now my money went down the drain. I hate Telkom and can't wait to cut ties with them permanently🚮
