Telkom Nonsense

I honestly, think that Telkom doesn't want to be a cellular network anymore. I really would not recommend anyone switch to them because wow, I have been experiencing a lot of nonsense from using this network. I switched to Telkom because I heard that they had really good data deals, they did have good data deals for me for about three months and then data became really expensive afterwards. The worst part though is that I have been having coverage problems for about a month now. I hardly ever have any coverage, I live in Sandton and work in Rosebank, I have no coverage at all when I am in those two places. I only had coverage in the past month when I was in Pretoria. I tried to port to two different networks but because I have no coverage at all, porting did not work. I had to get a new sim and change my cellphone number because the Telkom number doesn't work anymore because I get no coverage. Today, I went to a Telkom shop to explain my issue and they did a sim swap for me, the sim swap did not work, I still have no coverage. A total waste of my time and energy.
