Telkom Non Service Delivery

I am absolutely appalled by the level of service I received from Telkom. All I needed was to unblock my contract sim card, and they can't even do that. We pay so much money every month to receive such **** service. I'm really upset about this, not even to mention billing, that's another 5 page complaint for another time!
