Telkom non responsive to a dispute in over a month

Telkom gave me a poor credit rating with Transunion but I have had no accounts with them since 2013 and owe them nothing. I walked into the Telkom store in Sandton City and presented my ID which they scanned and confirmed this. I opened a dispute on the 17th of December 2020 but one month later the status still remains as only as logged.
