Telkom - non response
On the 30th November I logged a call about my home phone not operation. Reference number is 424CRZ301115. No response or feedback has been received apart for sms with the reference number. I held on for the call centre for 45 mins and eventually put down the phone. please can you advise how long this issue will remain unresolved. Thanks
