Telkom - non-existing customer service

Telkom is really beating them all with poorer than poor Customer Service. On 2019-10-29 a wireless phone was dropped at our home, and immediately our landline was cut off. The new wireless phone is not working, and we have already made 20 calls about the issue, with 2 escalations. Sales (10213) points us to Technical, Technical (10210) points us to Sales (10213). NOBODY can get this sorted. Should I just cancel, as we have been without a service now for 10 days?
