Telkom: non-existent service and feedback

Internet down for almost 48 hours in my neighborhood.

The Telkom call center continuously gives me the incorrect time that the issue will be resolved. I have called 4 times during the last 2 days. I have received no real feedback on the issue, or no indication of the time it will be resolved.

Telkom is an obstacle in this country to business, entrepreneurship and employment.
