Telkom non existent service

Last year I took a Telkom contract online for a mifi router as I needed connectivity during loadshedding. A home router was delivered instead. I returned the wrong device within 2 days and I was told that they will cancel the contract. The contract was not cancelled. I have been to a Telkom store and I was told to email (Khumas57). I have sent numerous emails and have still not received any feedback. I am now getting calls from lawyers saying that I am in arrears for a product I have not used. Can someone from Telkom cancel this contract and contact me on ***)
