TELKOM - non existent service

<p>I have never in my life had to deal with a company that does not know what they are doing!</p> <p>Telkom is the absolute pits with staff who are *********** to handle queries adequately.</p> <p>Have been trying to cancel a phone line since May 2016 and this has now been going on for a year!</p> <p>Have given them plenty of notice about this cancellation yet they still bill me month after month. I probably have had 10 phone calls to say the account is overdue for payment and each time I politely tell them the line should have been cancelled .....</p> <p>I have lost my sense of humour with these guys.</p> <p> </p>
