Telkom: Non existent customer service.

Pathetic and rude service from the Telkom store in The Mall of the South. Nadia and Nicole, the sorry excuses for customer care consultants at the branch out right refused to help my mother with her Telkom phone line which has been out of order for the last 3 weeks. All they said was that 'they cannot help her and she must just call the customer care line.' This was after my mum had already been in contact with the call centre on numerous occasions and all of the agents she had spoken to directed her to the store. Poor service Telkom.
