Telkom non existent

We have been struggling with our phone lines for ever. Telkom just promises to fix it. The company is losing a lot of business due to their incompetance. Lines are more off than on line. When you report a call they take their time in answering or just don't respond. But they are quick to send a summonds if you refuse to pay them.
