TELKOM - non existant service!

I am beyond frustrated with Telkom re my home phone. I have logged a problem with them 3 times since January this year, to advise that one of my telephone JACK's, in the house is damaged and needs to be repaired - It prevents me from using my landline in the upstairs section of my house. The first two SMS log responses was: "fault on fixed voice product is restored" When I followed up to advise that it had not been resolved, the response was that 'the line was restored' - there has never been a problem with the line which I keep explaining to them. In frustration in March, I went in to the Telkom Store in Rosebank (my 3rd attempt to resolve my problem once and for all), and they got the Service Support Centre on the line for me - The service consultant, promised that he understood my issue and that he would escalate my requirement. I am yet to have a Telkom technician come to my house!!
