Telkom non-existant customer service

Telkom has NO customer service whatsoever. No number to call, but if there is a number, it does not work or is never answered. Whenever you visit Telkom, you sit in long queues and still don't get the assistance you need. Telkom will take your money even though you have cancelled your contract months ago. The employees at Telkom even warn you about Telkoms thieving motives, by telling you that you're going to get billed months after you cancelled, but you "must come back to the store to get refunded". Absolutely ridiculous. I can guarantee that Telkom customer care is not even going to read this review.
