Telkom non cancellation, ******* debits and blacklisting.

I cancelled a LTE contract in Nov (I have the proof). Telkom claimed initially not to have received the cancellation and then admitted to receiving it after I sent the proof. They continued to debit my account (i never paid via debit order!!) so I continued to reverse the charges and clal to complain, every month. I now have a ITC listing from Telkom due to their useless processes. I have tried every call centre and no-one helps. Promises of call backs but nothing. Telkom , you have a week or I start legal proceedings for messing up my credit profile.
