Telkom no wifi no responce

I have had endless connection problem with my internet service I have phoned and I have logged calls on their self service portal I have sent mails to Telkom but they dont respond The last mail I received notification that the problem was resolved without any feedback The problem was never resolved I feel that I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving I'm paying for internet speed and I'm not getting the speed I have signed up for The is leading to loss of work that I'm suppose to be doing from hom and also resulted in extra costs because I had to purchase data so that I could complete my daily routines that I do with internet
