Telkom - No way of changing debit order details!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to change my debit order details for the last two months and cannot get a hold of anyone in telkom. There is no email adrress, no agents on the call centre and no option for changing on Whatsapp. How is it possible for no agents at Telkom???!!!
