Telkom no telkom

Always the same problem. No service no call centre and no response. This is a standard from Telkom and there employees. Always we will send someone to fix the problem, but they never come. Always we are busy logging complaint but never do. I have been dealing with this problem for 8 months. Always good for 2 months and problem then returns. Always line down or line slow. Never have I ever received good response and good service from Telkom. But they the first to take my money for non existing service. Thank you Telkom for ruining another well established company. No wonder you losing customers everyday. And don’t get me started on cancellations. That is non existent.
