Telkom: No telephone lines

<p>The street where I live in , in Thabazimbi , has no Telkom telephone line. Older neighbors told me the phone lines was ****** over 10 years ago. I have contacted Telkom regarding this issue many many times before ... I don't know what to do to resolve this issue , because of this we have no telephone services and Internet services . Where as all the other streets around us have telephone lines please help!!!!!!</p>
