Telkom - no Technical support option
I am writing this complaint whist hanging on for dear life waiting for a technician to assist - 10 min now. This is the 3rd time experiencing same problem. When the options to chose from come up after dailing 10210, there is NO OPTION for technical support. <br> <br> I pressed any number, waited 6 minutes for a response
