Telkom - no technical knowledge of WIFI phone

If there was a negative rating that would be selected. Have been struggling for month to get a response re new WIFI phones - went into branch FOUR times and have to explain over and over. Sent email complaint to : ********** and have receive NO RESPONSE. My mom used the phone to call overseas and just because they think they have a monopoly they can ignore the customer. Where do I go for technical help and answers?
