Telkom no Signal/network for 6 days now!!

i have had no signal/network since Friday the 7th,trying to get assistance on the matter has been so frustrating and draining as i still have not received any help till today,my cellphone line is down and i have not been able to make urgent calls. Poor poor service and i am really disappointed!!
