Telkom No signal

I know that South Africa's economy is falling and we are in dept, I know that we have no electricity and can sit without water for months. I want to share this with other countries in me doing so they laugh at our country for we are a weak nation. I feel sorry for this and blame our grandfather's for their weakness led to a falling country. We have no signal every 2 week or so it may differ in hibberdene and I wish I studied a different field so that I could go and fix their towers for free. I know those who are currently employed is uneducated and do not care for the responsibility as long as they get their payment every month. For us who are currently studying can't cause the signal is so poor most of the time. I called Telkom several time and said I should reach out to the office here in hibberdene, I feel that this is not fair for me to call them to do their work for they should take the responsibility to attend to the problem. We have local groups that people complain about the signal several times and I can provide screenshots. If the man or woman in charge of our towers here in hibberdene can't tend or maintain them I would like the opportunity for an apprenticeship so that I can learn to do it myself and I wouldn't want payment for it I would do it for free for the community while continuing studying.
