TELKOM NO SIGNAL

TELKOM MOBILE no signal and no help I am shocked to see that a big company like Telkom is doing nothing to improve their services. We are having trouble with our cellphone signal for over a month now. We use to have good signal but for the last month and 1 week we don't have any signal nowhere. All we get is " emergency call only" or " no service". We have logged calls and 1 person actually phoned us back about 2 weeks ago to asked if its better and we rep**** that nothing has changed. This is unacceptable as we still paying for a full service. We all are thinking about cancellation and going to MTN thats working fine in our area.
