Telkom--no show woes!

Starting in December, and continuing up to the Present--Landline is intermittent--calls dropped, no dial tone, calls not being received. Also Periods of Normality, until without warning it starts again. I lodged a fault,Get Reference number, get a call from a technician--according to Technician the fault must lie with the Exchange. Service is resumed, only a short while later, fault occurs again. Lodge another fault, another ref Number--no further action.
