Telkom no show after appointments made

How do you know a company should be closed down? When they get on average 65 complaints per day and have the most horrid service delivery and the worst call center is existence. Telkom was supposed to migrate buy ADSL to Sasolburg on the 3rd of March. I took time off from work to sit like an id!0t for the whole day waiting for them. No one showed, even after receiving numerous sms's from them stating that they will be at my house somewhere between 7:30 and 16:00 (order number ***). They can't even make a normal appointment like a normal human being. So I phoned them on Thursday and after being transferred from one person to the next (because not even Telkom's employees know where to transfer you too) they promise to send someone before 14:00 today. Well, it's almost 12:30 now and still no one has showed. I have to be at work again by 14:00, so I guess they are maybe going to arrive at 13:55 if at all (typical). I tried phoning customer service, but they just keep dropping call. So guess what Telkom? If my internet is not fixed before I leave for work then you best get hold of your lawyer. You guys are a joke.
