Telkom no show
No internet since Friday phoned at leadt 30 times always the same restart,reboot your router and still no internet have about 20 different ticket numbers road at least 10 emails nothing No follow up no technical support dont know what else to do If someone has a mumber for a senior manager please let me know To have no internet in this day and age dye to *********** of telkom is really Unexceptional

Still no technical support on site
Wonder if we will get any refund from either of those companies
It is impossible to get hold of a person in charge or get a call back from a manager
Presume they haven't got any manager only call centers who follow same protocol even if you tell them that it was done numerous time to no avail
Will probably writing again tomorrow since getting any help seems to be behind the capability of any of those companies
