Telkom No Show

I ordered a new mobile contract from Telkom on 28 March. The phone I was interested was out of stock so I opted for a different one. A week and a half went by. Then after emailing and contacting Telkom via social media I finally got someone to reply. So the earpods that goes with my deal are out of stock but should be available in the same week. Good. Still not receiving my sms to confirm delivery I contacted them again. So now neither of the phone or the earbuds are in stock. Back to square 1! What do I have to do to receive my phone?? I have now been waiting for 3 weeks for a phone that wasn't even my first choice due to stock issues in and now it isn't. How pathetic is that? I don't have words. But if I cancel now and order from another company I will probably wait even longer because the others are not any better.
