Telkom no-show!!

<p>A Telkom technician came to fix our noisy phone line a month ago, he changed our phone line to a different pole. About two days later, a big truck came and ripped it off that pole.. I would like to report that technician for having clearly put the line so low that a truck could just rip it off. I have since gone and reported it twice, whilst I have gotten SMSs from Telkom, I have not received so much as a phone call. All we need is for our phone line to be put back up. They can't help you at the shop, they can't help you wen you call.. What exactly am I expected to do???!! Plus I work frm home.. And they have sent me a phone bill for the month to pay..yet I am spending sooo much on data weekly</p>
