TELKOM - NO SERVICE WITH A SPECIAL REQUEST

Morning,

It is longer than 2 weeks now that I am struggling to get hold of the department who can assist me. We are busy with a Development and we have a Telkom Pole planted where the boundary wall should be. I have been transferred from the one department to the other with no assistance.

I require urgent assistance from the Technical Department please?
