Telkom - No service, should not be considered a service provider

Telkom can not be considered a service provider, as a service provider provides a form of service, you can not go to a store to discuss your issues as there are no people s****ed to handle your complaint, actually there are only sales workers around, Telkom removed the accounts and complaints section from stores, you have to fight with poorly trained, if trained at all call center agents who call them self "Technical" assistance, they can provide no technical service, they never have any feedback, they never call you back, they make up excuses of why things are not right. My VDSL Telkom line has being down for almost 3 weeks now, last month it was down for almost 2 weeks, please dont indebt yourself by entering into a contract with them of any sort, they are great at getting your signature on a contract but that is the most service you will ever get from them, There subcontractor FORTEL is just as useless.
