Telkom - No Service - retain your clients by not taking their calls

No Service - Cancellation Reference ***2 - 3/2/2021

Telkom still deducting funds despite my contract notification being given 3/2/2021 for number ***. I have tried every number possible and if I get through to someone and I am not disconnected I get given a new number to dial and the last two numbers a message plays to correspond via whatsapp and disconnects my call.

I will definitely never be taking a contract out with Telkom, they make sure they keep taking your money as long as they can and you have no way out as they disconnect your call or palm you off to another number.
