TELKOM - NO SERVICE OR RESPONSE

I have contacted Telkom 3 times now via their online website.<br> All I requested is that one of their sales people contact me to assist me in getting a Telkom line installed at my residence.<br> After 3 attempts and 1 month, nobody has taken the time to contact me.<br> Clearly Telkom is not interested in expanding their operations or taking on board new clients.<br> I would never recommend them to anybody.<br> I can not say I experienced bad service, as I just experienced NO SERVICE!<br> Regards,<br> Tiaan Herselman.<br> ***
