TELKOM - No service or customer support!

There is just no way Telkom is assisting clients. Their website does not work, I have phoned 10210 a few times, you wait average 30 to 40 minutes just to be cut off once there is a person talking to you and if you then go to one of their shops you are told you must either go online or phone. If there was a setting lower than Poor I would have used it.
