Telkom - NO SERVICE GUARANTEED
<p>We had a Telkom line installed on the 06.07.2017 - Up to date we cannot get a hold of any consultant to activate the line for us.</p> <p>***Technical department- Hold on to this line for about 55 Minutes then you will get through to a consultant that will tell you to call the Sales department because the line has not been activated "As if this is not a Technical related issue"</p> <p>Call the Sales line 10213 - If you’re call is answered within 5 minutes then a consultant will tell you they do not have the right system to check the problem for you & that they will transfer you, 30 minutes later your call will not be answered - If you call 10213 again then you are on hold for the next 30 min.</p> <p>There is no Managers available doesn’t matter what time of day you call or how long you hold onto the line.</p> <p>The service you get from Telkom is Pathetic , They are very fast to sell you the product but there is absolutely no procedure or system to actually active the product for you or to service you once the service has been sold.</p> <p>They recommend that you go to the Telkom store - We went there 5 TIMES!! Each time you get to sit for about three hours whilst you wait for service. - The service never comes - Telkom does not have any worry about their clients - Its exactly like they state on the voice recording whilst you are hanging on for service - In the event that you get billed incorrectly they will just add it to your account & sort it out next month.</p> <p>In essence there is no service , no working administration, no system that can actually pick up what the progress or delay is on your account, They are completely clueless & it seems they need their staff to be confused in order to not lose customers - Because even to cancel this joke of service is exceedingly hard.</p> <p>I would not recommend Telkom to my worst enemy never mind associating myself with them in anyway. </p> <p>We have literally never had to beg for assistance or general service like this before .</p> <p>Telkom should be ashamed.</p> <p> </p>
