TELKOM - No Service for over a year !!!!

We have been trying to cancel an account for nearly a year with Telkom. We have been into the Baywest and Walmer Branches in Port Elizabeth more than a dozen times and phoned the Telkom 10210 number for help. Signed many documents and no response!!! We also keep getting threats from Telkom. Telephone numbers are - 041 - ********** / 7/ 8. How difficult can this be? Please contact us and let us know how to resolve this.
