Telkom no service

I have been contacting Telkom with no help. I canceled my contract because a device i took for an upgrade is giving me hell, it freezes, it doesn't install apps like Uber, its a mess, i have been calling for an exchange but no help and no feedback.

After 2 years with Telkom on contract, im never ever recommending it.

They don't attend to customer complaints, but when you buy they call a 1000 times.
