Telkom no service delivery at all

Our business telephone landline is totally dead since 2/5/2018 and we reported it and apparently the telephone lines were ****** and this is our business line and I just spoke to Telkom and they cant tell me when its going to be fixed.Even Eskom fix ****** cables in very short time butTelkom just don't care and there is no other supplier that we can contact.Very Very Very poor service Telkom we loose business and money every day because of your terrible poor service.
