Telkom no service delivery

Very low LTE speed and no support service whatsoever. Cannot even get a case nr because there is no number to phone to report Telkom LTE service issues. I have sent mails and posted on telkom facebook page but nothing. I cannot even use the internet for work during lockdown and I am told I cannot cancel because it is a contract. I am paying for something other than was promised to me
