TELKOM NO SERVICE COSTING BUSINESESS JUST MONEY !

Good day, Our Business has been offline now for more than 2 Months. Every time I report a fault and check up with the Reference number Telkom keeps on telling me he issues has been resolved according to them .

NOOOO it has not been resolved .

We are loosing money on DATA on cell phones and Airtime on Telkom in this already difficult times.

Now I phoned this morning the guy told me , there was a outage reported in the area YESTERDAY, How can this be our problem if we have been down for more than 2 months.

I am telling you I am very very frustrated with TELKOM , your service is pathetic !
