Telkom NO SERVICE!!!!!

Where do I start to describe Telkom’s lack of service and utter incompetence? Words actually fail me. They kicked out my fibre early this morning & after 4 hours bouncing calls between technical, orders, cancellations etc they say their system decided to upgrade my service & then closed my account. When & if I’m ever online again, 1st thing CANCEL TELKOM!!!!!!!!!
