TELKOM No Service but Charge you ...

After several months of trying and confirming cancelation of account, Telkom continues to bill you for a non existent account. 90% of the time, they cut the call after waiting close to half an hour for a person to pick up your incoming call. Can anyone out there advise who we turn to for assistance ?
