Telkom NO Service at all

Trying to get someone to assist me with a refund.

Online application for a LTE router, money was debited from my account, and only found out a few days later when I phoned to follow up when I will receive the router that the application was canceled due to no coverage in my area, and that they will refund my money.THAT WAS A MONTH AGO.

Made 10 phone calls today to try and get my money refunded, everytime they transferred me to a different department. No Feedback No Solution, No refund. But very QUICK to debit.

I will never advise any family member or friends to make use of Telkom services.
