TELKOM NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!!

Our Telkom line is not working, for 2 Months!! The call center doesn't have any answers. We have reported this line a few times, without any response. The reference numbers are: 162CTZ240418, 245CTZ080518 and 176CTZ250518. (LINE NUMBER ********** ) We are fed up and don't know what to do. We are not suppose to have 3 ref numbers, because the first one has never been attended to. BAD SERVICE!!!
