Telkom no service and no support!!

We changed our telecoms provider in our business to Telkom in July 2019. Since then we cannot receive calls from any other network than Telkom. We have reported this numerous times, went into Telkom offices numerous times but with absolutely no feedback or contact from Telkom. Yesterday they could not even get our previous report reference numbers on their system. This is just unacceptable as we are a business and nobody can contact us on our land line. There is just no support and service whatsoever from the Call Center and the personnel at the Telkom offices has no urgency about the matter and every time just advise us to report it again.
