Telkom no service and extremely rude

10 staff in the shop one ruder than the other. I left after an hour with nothing resolved except extremely upset. They did not know what they were doing or how to speak to a customer. To make matters worse all they were doing was playing on there cell phones. Oh! and no manager.(can you believe it) No wonder people don't want to deal with Telkom.
